Welcome to Artistik Rebel Creative (“ARC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this photography proofing website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. This Site is designed to allow ARC clients to privately view, select, download, and purchase photography proofs from commissioned sessions. All images, designs, logos, and written content featured on this Site are the exclusive property of Artistik Rebel Creative and are protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws. No image may be copied, downloaded, screenshotted, altered, or reproduced without written consent from ARC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and purchase digital or printed photographs for personal use only unless a separate commercial licensing agreement has been signed. Any unauthorized use—including but not limited to resale, commercial promotion, or editing of the images without permission—constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of gallery links and passwords. ARC is not liable for unauthorized access caused by client negligence, such as sharing private links or leaving accounts logged in on public devices. Proofing galleries are typically active for a limited time and may be removed or archived once the stated expiration period ends. Orders must be placed within the specified timeframe, and all digital image sales are final due to the nature of instant delivery. Print orders will only be replaced in cases of verified damage or production error.

ARC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those updates. By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
